Dr. Lynelle Kerr is the Director of Innate Pte Ltd and founder of the All One Foundation. She is a Doctor of Chiropractic and specialises in Network Spinal Analysis, (NSA), a transformational, light touch form of Chiropractic, which activates the body’s innate ability to heal itself. Lynelle has attained the highest level of certification in NSA and has been in private practice for over 15 years.

Lynelle relocated to Singapore in 2001 from Australia and became the first practitioner to introduce NSA into Asia, when she established her business Innate Pte Ltd, at the prestigious Camden Medical Centre. Innate serves a large base of international Expatriate and Singaporean clients and is a social enterprise - donating a percentage of its net annual profit to the All One Foundation.

Lynelle’s intuitive sensitivity and unique ability to facilitate body-mind healing, empowers others to fully express their unique potential and create positive change in their lives. Her clients include CEO’s of large companies and world renowned business leaders.


Francis Xavier SC
Head of Commercial Litigation Rajah & Tann LLP

Francis is the Head of the Commercial Litigation Practice Group in Rajah & Tann LLP. He has been practicing for about 20 years and has handled a broad range of cases including corporate disputes, banking, property and investment claims. He has handled cases involving securities fraud, insider trading and commercial fraud. He also specialises in aviation law and advised in the class-action suit resulting from the crash of the SilkAir flight in Indonesia in 1997 and the Taiwan SIA crash.

Francis has acted in a number of highly publicized reported cases, including Sumitomo Bank Ltd v Kartika Ratna Thahir and the East Coast Recreation Centre and American Express Bank litigation. He has been and continues to be involved in a number of cross-border international arbitration involving the aviation, oil production, power generation and toxic wastes industries.

He is admitted to the Panel of Arbitrators, Singapore International Arbitration Centre. He was a statutory member of the Law Society Council until December 2008, having been appointed in 2005 by the Minister of Law. Francis was appointed Senior Counsel in January 2009.

Francis has been recognised as a leading lawyer by Asia Pacific Legal 500 (2001/2002, 2002/2003, 2003/2004, 2004/2005, 2008/2009) and by AsiaLaw Profiles (2007).


Ian Grundy
Managing Director Citrus Public Relations

Ian Grundy is the founder of Citrus Public Relations and has over 20 years experience in international corporate communications. He has held senior positions in Singapore, New York and Zurich, and is an expert in international media relations, event management, crisis management situations and sponsorship.

Until 2007, Ian was Head of Public Relations & Global Partnerships for The Adecco Group – the world’s largest human resources organization. Based in Zurich, Switzerland, he had responsibility for global communications, sponsorship platforms (sport and business related) and was also part of the brand team that led the company through a global brand repositioning.

Having begun his public relations career in the late eighties with an independent advertising and PR firm in the UK, Ian has a passion for ‘new media’ solutions and has always revelled in practicing hands-on PR and sponsorship.
